It does not remove the risk of losing money and is never a reason to raise stakes or extend a session.
The calculation basis
Our cashback information describes 10% weekly cashback on net losses after deducting bonuses claimed during the period. The calculation week runs from Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 UTC. Net losses are not the total of all stakes.
A calculation example
If the qualifying basis after applicable deductions is EUR 200, 10% equals EUR 20. This illustrates multiplication only. It does not establish your account's actual qualifying amount.
Casino and sports rewards differ
Our FAQ says casino cashback becomes available at 00:00 UTC on Monday and must be claimed by the following Sunday at 23:59 UTC. Sports cashback is described as automatically credited on Monday at 06:00 UTC. Check the relevant product and your rewards area instead of assuming every reward is automatic.
Limits and wagering
The cashback page gives a minimum reward of EUR 0.10 and a maximum of EUR 10,000 per week, with a minimum qualifying deposit of EUR 20. It describes cashback as having no wagering requirement. This does not mean that all other bonuses share those conditions. Account eligibility and the specific promotion still apply.

Check the period as well as the percentage
Understanding a reward requires the correct week, product and qualifying basis. Casino and sports processing may differ. Check bonuses claimed during the period and the deductions described in the conditions. An illustration is not an account statement.
Calculate a known basis
This tool shows ten percent of an amount you supply. It explains a percentage; it does not plan gambling or establish entitlement.
If a reward seems incorrect
- Check the UTC calculation week.
- Identify casino or sports cashback.
- Check whether a claim was required and whether its deadline passed.
- Collect bonus and transaction references for that period.
- Ask support to explain the calculation if still unclear.
A partial return is not a profit
Losing EUR 200 and receiving EUR 20 of qualifying cashback still leaves a loss. No-wagering cashback does not change that arithmetic. Retain the budget decided before gambling rather than spending more to increase a reward.
