Privacy and personal information

We distinguish this information website from the regular account service. These pages have no gambling-account registration, identity-document upload or payment form. Read the full policy of any separate service you use.

Visit measurement

The published version uses the existing measurement service at track.casinogg.bet. It can process visitor and session identifiers, page URL and title, referrer, landing page and campaign parameters. Its purpose is to follow visits and transitions from information pages to the offer router, not to register gambling accounts.

Information in URLs

Details placed in a URL or campaign parameter may reach measurement records. Do not put sensitive information in URLs or open reference fields. Local tools do not request passwords, card security codes or private keys.

Browser storage

Measurement uses tt_vid, tt_sid, tt_sid_ts and tt_acquisition in localStorage and may use tt_landing in sessionStorage. Dismissing the notice uses instant-info-notice. See the storage overview. Technical identifiers are not account names, but must not automatically be described as anonymous.

Local tools

The case template and percentage calculator run in the browser without sending their contents to support or the tracker. If you copy a draft into an email, you decide what to provide next. Review and remove unnecessary information first.

Accounts and verification

The international service policy describes identity and contact data, documents, financial information, transactions, technical data, recipients, legal bases and retention. Follow that service's instructions for account cases and evidence submission.

Privacy questions

Official material identifies Igloo Ventures SRL, registration 3-102-880024, Costa Rica. For account-service privacy questions, start with support@instantcasino.com and ask for the appropriate privacy function. Access, correction and deletion requests depend on applicable rules and may require identification. Retention duties can limit deletion.

Infrastructure
