General terms

This page explains central parts of our general account terms. It does not replace the full agreement or the conditions displayed when using the regular service.

Age and personal accounts

You must be at least 18 or meet the higher age required where you are located. Account information must be accurate and the account must be for your own use. Multiple accounts and using another person's account are not permitted.

Territory availability

Being able to open a website or read it in a particular language does not establish lawful availability in every country. Our terms restrict services in several jurisdictions and may change. Swedish translation does not confirm a Swedish gambling licence or account access from Sweden. Check current requirements before using account services.

Payments and verification

We may require identity and payment verification. Account information must match the payment account holder. A transaction can require review, and payment-provider delivery is separate from our request processing.

Separate bonus rules

Bonus rules, game rules and promotion-specific conditions supplement the general terms. Read them before accepting an offer, particularly stake limits, expiry, game contributions and withdrawal conditions.

The full agreement

Read the full English terms. Under those terms, English takes precedence if language versions conflict. Ask support about unclear conditions before using the service.

Information is not a new account agreement

This page explains important topics without creating a gambling-account contract. It has no control that registers you or accepts an agreement for you. Read the complete terms applying to the regular service and your account before use.

The operator

The official site's published licence information identifies Igloo Ventures SRL, registration 3-102-880024, Costa Rica. Our company page distinguishes the operator's own information, foreign licence information and the Swedish supervisory decision. A foreign licence is not a Swedish gambling licence.

Keep the relevant record

Retain the name, date and reference for a promotion or transaction, and identify the rule you want explained. A generic enquiry may miss the account-specific condition.

Unclear wording

Ask before accepting a bonus, paying or supplying further evidence. A summary can help formulate a question but cannot establish a missing contractual rule. We do not promise an outcome for a dispute.
