Set limits first
Decide how much money and time you can afford. Housing, food and other essential expenses are not a gambling budget. Take breaks and do not gamble when distressed, impaired or unable to stop.
Request self-exclusion
Our policy describes exclusion periods from six months to five years. Email support@instantcasino.com, clearly state that you want to self-exclude and specify the period. Support will explain the next steps. Exclusion should not be reversed during that period. Do not open a new account to avoid it.
When gambling takes over
Borrowing to gamble, hiding spending, extending sessions or trying to recover losses are warning signs. Stop gambling and seek support. Information is available from Stödlinjen and Gambling Therapy.
Spelpaus
Spelpaus is Sweden's national self-exclusion service. We do not claim that an exclusion there automatically applies here. Contact our support separately for our own self-exclusion process.
Protect children
Do not share login credentials or leave a gambling account open on a shared device. Use device protections and content filters where children may have access.
Make a break practical
Set a clear stopping point when gambling affects money, sleep or relationships. Close the service and avoid leaving another device signed in. Consider asking someone you trust to help you keep the break. You do not need a diagnosis before seeking support.
Choose limits you can follow
A time limit should be set before playing, not after a particular win. A money limit must exclude essential expenses. If limits are hard to maintain, a break or exclusion can be clearer than repeatedly changing them during play.
A self-exclusion request
- Clearly say that you want to self-exclude.
- Specify the intended period.
- Ask for confirmation and when exclusion takes effect.
- Ask how remaining balance and open cases are handled.
Do not include passwords or codes. Use the instructed identity-check process if required. Do not open another account while waiting in order to continue gambling.
Support for players and relatives
Stödlinjen provides information for people concerned about their own or another person's gambling. Gambling Therapy also offers information and support. These services are independent of account support and do not process withdrawals or promotions.
Exclusion is not automatically global
Spelpaus covers registered gambling at Swedish-licensed operators. A separate service can use its own exclusion process. An exclusion with one provider does not prove that every website is blocked. Ask each relevant service and use independent support to help establish a wider break.
Account closure, exclusion and data deletion
Closing an account, requesting self-exclusion and requesting deletion of personal information are different tasks. Contact support@instantcasino.com and specify your request. If gambling problems are the reason, explicitly request self-exclusion rather than ordinary closure alone. Ask about remaining balance and open transactions. Retention duties can limit data deletion; it does not mean all records disappear immediately.
