A shortcut is not an app-store download

Open the intended website in Safari, open the sharing menu and choose Add to Home Screen if available. Check the name and address before saving. Menu wording varies by system version.

Android

Open the website in your usual browser. Its menu may offer Add to Home Screen or a web-app installation option. Continue only if the address is correct. Do not download an unknown file just to obtain a shortcut.

If the site does not work

Refresh and check connectivity. A saved shortcut does not make account services or casino games available offline. Respect jurisdiction restrictions; a shortcut does not change availability.

Check the shortcut destination

An icon can resemble an app while opening a specific URL. Check the browser address before entering credentials. When changing domains, read the destination information rather than assuming all settings and conditions carry over.

Common mobile issues

For loading problems, check connectivity, the address and any access notice. For outdated shortcut content, open the address directly and refresh. If a view does not fit, check orientation and text size. If a payment window closes, check bank and cashier status before retrying.

Understand what clearing data does

Clearing site data may remove preferences and sign you out. It does not automatically delete a server-side account. Retain payment references before troubleshooting and check status after an interrupted payment. Do not repeat deposits simply because a screen appears frozen.

Shared phones
